Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. All work is completed with the goal of meeting or exceeding your expectations.
Labor Warranty
We stand behind our labor with a 60-day warranty. This covers workmanship on the services we perform, including installation, repairs, and adjustments. If an issue arises related to our labor within 60 days of completion, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
Parts Warranty
Parts and equipment used in our services are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, terms, and conditions for parts are determined by the manufacturer and are outside of our control.
